What we collect

When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the fields you enter: name, email, optional phone number, and message text, plus the page path sent with the submission. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this website.

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request for financial planning information and to schedule or scope consultations. Processing is based on your request (contractual steps at your initiative) and our legitimate interest in operating a professional inquiry channel, balanced against your rights.

Where data goes

Submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on toolkitworkpoint.click, handled by our same-domain server infrastructure. We do not sell inquiry data. Access is limited to staff who need it to reply.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal claims or you ask us to delete sooner, subject to exceptions under the PDPA.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. If you interact with our cookie banner, your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key wfp_consent_choice. This records whether you accepted or rejected optional storage notices. Rejecting does not block site use. No analytics cookies are set.

International transfers

We aim to store and process inquiry data within Thailand. If tooling changes, we will update this notice before transferring data abroad.
